Origins of the Inner Mastery Tools
The Inner Mastery Tools are the result of
years of spiritual exploration and insight by these three
students of the esoteric who have each followed very different
paths. Anita started using Bill’s Practical Mastery sessions
with clients, but felt she needed something more specific to her
practice. So she began collaborating with Bill on an Angelic
Healing modality—the Angelic Mastery Spiritual Healing and
Enlightenment (AMSHE) system— to support all aspects of
healing in psychotherapy. They began experimenting with
developing tools that utilized the specific healing sessions
being downloaded. Through much effort and exploration, they
co-developed, in partnership with the Angelic Councils of Love
and other Spiritual Councils, a set of divinely guided tools for
healing and transformation.
While the Tools were producing wonderful results in many clients,
there were some cases were results fell below expectation. As
they continued exploring ways to improve the effectiveness of
the Tools, Anita consulted with Ramanathan who was able to show
her a very advanced technology for what she envisioned with the
Tools, which addressed the varied and hidden problems facing
mankind. Rama had already developed a powerful etheric software
interface to tap directly into great spiritual powers for
transformation and healing. So together, they redesigned some
of the Inner Mastery Tools, and the results were beyond all
expectation.
Up until this collaboration, Rama had not considered packaging his
major body of work into Tools to be used by individuals and
therapists, and Anita did not fully realize the tremendous
support that was stirring in the spiritual realms for this work
to be brought into practical use. The Tools Project took on a
whole new dimension and all three developers felt increasingly
pressured to get this important work, which was continually
expanding, out into world.
About the Inner Mastery Tools
The effectiveness factors of the 2nd -generation Tools
jumped from two orders of magnitude (1st generation)
to three, and several are in the many thousands now. The
effectiveness factor is a measure of how the Tool compares to a
similar process without the Tool. For example, affirmations with
or without the Affirmation Enhancer Tool are compared for
their effectiveness at shifting a person’s energy toward
embodying the truth of the affirmation—the AET has an
effectiveness factor of over 2900, meaning it is 2900 times more
powerful than an ordinary affirmation! The EF is a crude
measure, however it gives some indication of the power of the
Tool.
The Inner Mastery Tools may be regarded as “etheric software”,
each one being a unique live consciousness that will work
within your energy fields, dynamically responding to you as an
individual, with the goal of anchoring its consciousness and
intentions as codes and structures within the various levels of

The Emotions
Clearing and Rescripting Tool is designed to clear all limiting
emotional patterns in a person. Limiting emotional patterns are
always scripted behaviors that are reactions to present events
triggered by past memory. They create overlays in our perception
that prevent us from seeing Reality, and keep us repeating
dysfunctional responses. The ECR works at deep levels of
causation, clearing out past emotional trauma and triggered
responses. It supports us to move to a place of neutrality and
inner freedom, where nothing is taken personally and all in seen
as gradations of positive essences. Without the past to trigger
us, new creative responses become available and the ECR will
ensure that the most positive of these become highlighted for
you. You will be guided to move to the paths of greatest
emotional freedom.
This Tool works to bring you back to center and to the present
moment, where peace and joy are to be found. It does deep on the
spot transformation of emotional reactions, clearing all etheric
hooks to externals and ensuring wholeness from within. You will

harm done to us when we were so open and eager to love. The

People experience a lot of suffering in life because we inherit
the dysfunctional beliefs of our families and buy into a lot of
the underlying principles of duality consciousness which are not
true. The JS/DTT helps you to release the limitations, pain and
suffering caused by duality consciousness. It helps to empower
the individual to live in the present, clearing and
releasing the past, and helps people to view their life and
options from an observer space of neutrality versus the space of
getting caught up in the drama of others and getting triggered
and reacting to it. It helps people to assume responsibility

The Divine Essences Wash Tool supports quick energetic

within, and restores energy flow through the meridians so that a
person can experience their autonomy and center once again. It

Energies and Excitement Amplifier Tool (CEEAT) provides very

The Multi-body Balancing Tool (MBBT) is one of the core Inner
Mastery Tools. Its effect is immediate, ongoing, and all
encompassing. Those who have used it report changes in all
areas of life over time, as they feel greater peace and
positivity, inner guidance and wisdom, and habitual negative
reactive behaviors diminish noticeably.
The MBBT is dedicated to activating and harmonizing all our
dimensional bodies, but with an emphasis, through additional
features, on clearing, balancing and harmonizing the energy
flows that most affect physical, emotional, and mental health.
While the MBBT balances and harmonizes on all levels of our
being, there is emphasis in functionality on the physical
body, with energy flows via the blood system, the
astral or energy body, with flows through the
meridians, and the causal body, with flows through
the extraordinary meridians, also known as the curious
vessels or the strangeflows. These three levels
correspond to the physical, emotional, and mental levels of the
human being. While, working on these three levels directly can
greatly evolve your being, adding the higher levels can lead to
even greater acceleration in your healing and evolution.
Unlike acupuncture, which stimulates certain points on the
physical body to effect meridians in the astral and causal
bodies, the MBBT works directly to activate all meridians and
extraordinary meridians at once. It produces immediate shifts in
the energy flows, thus enabling a person to release negative
emotional/mental states on the spot, work toward improving
health, and achieving greater harmony of being. The Tool can
greatly enhance tapping protocols like EFT, as the meridian
system is brought to balance more quickly.
Many people have been severed from their higher dimensional bodies
altogether. The connection is at the Crown, which must be
activated in order to tune into influences from the cosmos and
the Higher Self. Some are tuned in to other ‘stations’ other
than their Higher Self that are not serving their highest good.
The other organ centers in the brain must also be activated in
order for the incoming cosmic codes and patterns to be
translated into light and electrical patterns that run through
the DNA and nervous system, respectively. Without an activated
brain, the incoming cosmic currents will not reach the body.
The MBBT implements Crown, brain and
nervous system activation if there is damage to those
centers. If there is none, these activations will evolve these
centers, as there is no end to our evolution in the body. The
result will be even greater connection to the higher dimensional
Self, greater faculties of clear thinking, insight, intuition,
and creative vision, and the ability to hold increasing joy as a
natural state of being.
The MBBT works by activating the dimensional bodies, clearing all
disharmonious energies within them, balancing their energy
flows, and accelerating their evolution. Since each dimensional
body has correspondences on every dimension, the effects are not
limited to a single dimensional body but affect the person on
all levels of being. Focusing healing on a particular
dimensional body will accentuate and refine the intelligence or
consciousness of that level and this will be felt immediately in
the consciousness as a whole.

The CCST utilizes the Accelerated Healing
Through Joy Tool, which programs the body toward accelerated
resolution of imbalances by increasing the frequency of the body
to a minimum level of joy (and an unbounded maximum). There are
two distinct classes of body reactions. The body, or
subconscious mind, is dedicated to ensuring survival of the
organism, and it will perceive threat through programs laid down
in childhood. In other words, its reactions are often rooted in
fear rather than wisdom. All our emotional and mental states
impact on our biology, and when something is registered as a
threat, the body will react with a specific biological
solution.
All trauma is viewed as potentially
life-threatening, and the body will initiate biological changes
to ensure survival. The body’s choice of reaction is based on
its wisdom and understanding of the situation. All its reactions
make great sense when you understand them, but there are
fundamentals flaws in the system. Firstly, most of us don’t
feel our body sufficiently to know what biological processes are
going on, nor do we understand its language sufficiently to
decode it. Moreover, by the time that we do feel the effects,
the process has been ongoing for some time and there may be
serious physical effects. Secondly, our evolution is no longer
primarily biological, and the issue of survival is not at the
forefront of humanity’s existence. Therefore having the body
react as though our survival is threatened when it is not, and
having this occur without our knowledge is not the most elegant
way to be in a body.
The following example is taken from the work
of Dr. Hamer as taught in Medicina Sagrada. If you are
continually devalued in the workplace, your body will try to
increase your blood flow to enable better performance and make
you a stronger ‘identity’. The body is supporting you toward
standing your ground. It does this by initiating a microscopic,
necrotic process in the arteries. If you were intimately tuned
into your body, you would feel increased blood flow and know
what needs to be done. But most people are not on such intimate
terms with their biology. And so the process goes undetected for
the duration of your time in that job. Suppose that you change
jobs at some point. The body will register that the threat is
gone, and will reverse the necrosis by generating oedema to
repair the walls of the arteries. If the necrotic process has
been going on for a long time, then the reversal will be
noticeable in the way of narrowing of the arteries (arterial
plaque). While the body is in the healing phase, the effects of
the healing can be dangerous.
The important thing to understand is that the
body and subconscious mind are dedicated to supporting you in
life. A more beneficial function would be that all reaction to
perceived threat is transformed from biological reaction
that is potentially harmful, usually undetectable, and not well
understood by the majority of people, to a biological
response of greater flows of joy that will assist the person
to shift to higher states of consciousness, where the problem is
more easily resolved. In other words, a more beneficial way to
support a person is by activating a response at a higher level
of consciousness where the problem may be understood.
The AHTJT supports a better way of getting a
person’s attention than through crude biological reactions. The
new biological response of the joy codes are far more refined,
gentle, and supportive of awakening and enlightenment. So the
pain signals and potentially dangerous reactions are replaced
with waves of joy, and acceleration to an octave higher, giving
the person a better awareness and higher frequency that can lead
to more elegant resolution or solution. This process is
accelerated to reach a higher form of expression. The activation
essentially accelerates the natural process initiated by the
body, bringing it to a higher octave.
In the second class of physiological
responses, the body initiates processes with the goal of
restoring the body to balance and harmony. For example, a fever
may be initiated to burn off excess toxicity. In this case, the
AHTJT works in a manner akin to homeopathy, which treats like
with like. In homeopathy a remedy is taken that matches the
processes of the body in illness. In the Accelerated Healing
Through Joy codes, the body’s processes are accelerated
through the high vibration of joy, to express at a higher level
of consciousness from where much quicker and deliberate
resolution is possible. This tool represents a very advanced
technology supporting the joy signature paradigm of the
new creation.
The Joyful Clarity Tool is designed to clear away the layers of
distortions and lies that exist in your perception of people
(including yourself), your relationship to things (e.g. money,
work), events, conditions or situations in your outer reality,
so that you are able to see things with joyful clarity and
approach the Truth of being to an ever greater degree.
If you consider that God is all that is, and God-reality is
everywhere, then clearly you will understand the immense
importance of this tool, which will help you move into seeing
things through the eyes of God and thus manifesting heavenly
good on earth.
Your
distorted perceptions create a vibration that is out of sync
with the natural order of things, thus repelling the natural
flow of goodness to you and creating distortion, negative and
less-than-love events into your life. When you move to
perceiving greater truth, you will raise your vibration and
become open and magnetic to natural greater good into your life.
The JCT goes a step further and can be used on anything you feel
resistant with, where you are not realizing your full potential
and therefore have distorted perceptions about who you are. In
this case, the Tool will clear the origins of the distortions
and awaken new capacities and traits that were not engaged at
the times of self-denial. It will also highlight pathways in
which you can best engage these new capacities and realize
greater potential.
The Tool does a tremendous clearing and activation of the
Thyroid center/Throat chakra, which is damaged by lies and
distortions, as it is the center of Truth. The Thyroid/Throat is
the bridge from the upper body to the lower, from the God
principle to its manifestation in form (Goddess). Distortions in
this center have kept most people prisoners either within their
bodies or unable to enter their bodies—in either case, people
have been unable to merge the light of the divine into physical
existence.
Examples of Use
Below are two examples of use. The Tool can be used on anything
that causes irritation, agitation, resistance, or any other
unwanted emotional state.
In
Relationship
We’ve all heard the saying that you will marry the parent you
have the most unresolved issues with. So you might ‘marry your
mother’ and project all you mother-issues onto your spouse. When
you perceive your spouse’s behaviors, you overlay all the
unresolved mother-issues and react with the intensity of deeply
repressed childhood trauma. You may also have layers of your
own unresolved stuff with your spouse that keep you stuck in
misperceiving present moment reality.
The Joyful Clarity Tool can be run in meditation on your
relationship with your spouse, and it will undo all the layers
of emotional material that prevent you from seeing your spouse
as they are. It will help you understand and resolve the past
issues, as well as will clear and heal all that you may be
projecting onto your spouse. It works deeply in your childhood
looking for all the origins of particular distortions, and
awakens the denied self and the capacities that were repressed.
With Resistances
Suppose you are jealous of someone’s success and in resistance
when you hear about it. The JCT can be run in meditation, tuning
into the jealousy, and it will work through your childhood,
finding and clearing all the origins of self-denial that does
not allow for your success, and awakening the capacities and
traits necessary to have come forth in greater self-expression.
In the present moment, these capacities and traits will be
strengthened in you and you will be assisted to anchor in the
essence of success (or whatever you are jealous of), so that you
begin to feel an expansion of being rather than the contraction
of jealousy. It will also seed in you the impulse to engage
those new energies and will highlight a pathway for you to
realize success. You will now feel inspired and expanded by
another’s success.
The Joyful Clarity Tool is part of the important paradigm shift
of the new creation, away from the pain signature and toward the
Joy Signature, wherein everything is experienced as waves
and shades of joy and evolution is assured by impulses for ever
greater joy. While this may seem to be a lofty ideal, these
Tools are very practical and effective support to get you there
quick.
DNA
Illumination Tool
The DIT activates automatically, every time you activate the
Multi-Body Balancing Tool on the causal body and
strangeflows, either through meditation or tapping routines. The
Tool does deep cleaning of old non-serving genetic imprints on
all levels. It clears out negative cultural programming and all
the personal genetic programming that may be cleared out in you
at any point in time. It may be viewed as a Tool that
systematically removes past influences that are negative or
limiting.
The DIT also performs a rainbow coding to accelerate the
release of all past dysfunctional material, continually bringing
in new energies of expansion into greater goodness and beauty.
It does a continual dump of all the old and brings in the
new. The Tool then clears out distorted DNA codes and replaces
these with codes that come only from the Higher Self. It does a
further coding for continual enhancement of DNA
codes—integrating infinite coding—, and the Higher Self is
empowered to grow new strands of DNA. As these appear, the Tool
helps support their expression in the body, where they will
subsequently take form in outer life.
The result is that you will be able to hold increasing power,
which will accelerate healing. As your power increases and the
DNA clears, you will also be able to resonate with Truth more
easily, and so will have increased awareness of lies and deceit
that may be going on around you. You will have increased clear
vision about the world, and clarity about your life purpose and
its direction. So the DIT is a clarification tool as well—as
all the distortions and murkiness is cleansed, clarity is
restored.
