Consciousness is the Creator of Your Life

Affirmations for Healing and Honoring Relationships

Everyone can benefit from improvement in their relationships to loved ones. Most of us believe that improved relationships will come from others changing, or from us making compromises and turning a blind eye to things that bother us. But if you really understand that your life emerges from you and for you, the manner in which your relationships appear to you in life is determined by the lessons and blessings you are attracting.

When you judge another as needing to change, you place your limited perceptions on the situation, which influence the outcomes you can connect with. Moreover, you deny your own power to impact on your reality, which will emerge as you embrace oneness of being by deepening within. Nothing external to you has power over you, and so long as you believe it does are you refusing to take responsibility and step into your true power to shape reality.

At any point in time, there are infinite potential realities to experience, and you choose the one to be experienced by your thoughts and intentions. This may not be instantaneous (though it can be); but with consistency born of faith in the power granted you in life, you will witness others changing around you. So when you judge, you choose the outcome in which the person will remain as they are—in other words, you choose the reality in which the ‘unwanted’ object of your judgment is locked in.

Have you ever felt judged? Typically, the reaction to judgment is defensiveness and resentment. And what a person defends will naturally persist. In your judgment, you encourage others to persist in what you don’t like. Moreover, what you react to in judgment is what you have not made peace with and resolved in yourself. Furthermore, judgment separates you from life as it seeks to control, and control chokes off life from the flows of wisdom that underlie it. Whenever you judge, you are in disharmony with the wisdom-will or the intelligent substance into which are built-in the divine universal laws, and in disharmony you attract struggle. In the Course in Miracles, judgment is presented as the only sin.

When you need another person to change, you place your empowerment on something outside of you, where it is not. The fact is that nothing on the outside is cause, but rather the effect of your emerging consciousness. Effects cannot harm or diminish you, nor can they interfere with your power to direct and shape your life. What interferes is your perceived powerlessness. Feeling that another must change in order for you to be happy or in order to have the freedom to do certain things in life is choosing disempowerment. And finally, compromise is a lose–lose situation. In compromise, we negotiate our rights and we lose integrity. We become enmeshed in unspoken ‘contracts’ that bind all involved in unconscious ways.

The solution is innocent perception. In Love Without End (by Glenda Green) is stated that innocence belongs to the Holy Father, to the sacred center of each person’s Heart. Through Innocent Perception, all misconceptions may be exposed and released from one’s life. How you perceive another determines which version of the other you are entering in relationship with. There are no objective observers in life—your perception is co-creating the experience with the other person. If the other person exercises Innocent Perception, they will influence you to change your mind. But if you recognize your judgment, be the first the act.

Love is a power far greater than judgment. And when you act from Innocent Perception, the situation changes in favor of a higher order reality. Innocent perception does not mean you ignore what you see. It means that you perceive it without placing guilt on another. In innocence, you can see the wounds, fear or ignorance out of which the other is acting and nothing is taken personally. Your reality is not threatened in any way. In innocence are revealed insights and understandings that are not accessible outside of the heart. Moreover, in innocence, you bring the heart of God to bear on the situation, and thus open yourself to miracles. And as you see this clearly in another, so will you clearly see the wounds of your own parts that have been reactive until now.

In Innocent Perception, rather than allowing yourself to be triggered, you see the wounds or misconceptions out of which others are reacting and you flow compassion and understanding to them. When you bear witness to deeper reality from the power of love, everything is reordered and wounds begin to dissolve for all involved.

You might be asking, “What if someone is verbally attacking me, do I just take it?!!” Well you don’t have to take the attack in (i.e. you don’t have to let the violence tear you apart), but how has engaging in defense and counter-attack ever served you? Surrender the defensiveness, know that the other person’s reaction is not personal, still your mind and open your heart, feel your love of God, and be still. When you no longer engage in reactions with the lower ego of others, you weaken your own lower ego…you surrender its patterns. When you surrender the lower patterns, higher ones become established, and these emerge from a deeper part of you.

What you will notice in time is that you move outside of being in the thoughts and emotions. You become the observer consciousness that has thoughts and feelings going on but is not identified in them. That is how you become inwardly free.

When you engage with the lower ego, you weave a ‘vibrational fabric‘ with others made up of dysfunctional dynamics. This creates a dense, tangled, enmeshment wherein all players are stuck in their unresolved past and not present to the moment where the light of spirit dwells. You bind yourself and others to this lower level that is outside of reality. Think of becoming still in mind and opening your heart to seeing with innocence as loosening the tight weave and eventually allowing the threads to unravel. You will work your way out of the enmeshment and rise to a higher level of being wherein you engage, inwardly with presence, in whatever the moment stirs up. As you withhold reaction and acknowledge and hold that part in you with compassion, and do likewise for others, you change the vibrational fabric you weave into and release everyone from the bondage of illusion.

In this state of higher love that orders the world, you can ask yourself what you’d like to experience with this other person and what energies you must engage to feel that experience honestly. By moving into the energies of the experience you desire, you are informing the intelligent creative substance out of which all things emerge, which reality you want to weave yourself into. The process leads you to personal growth and a greater sense of empowerment, as well as greater happiness.

Below is a set of trigger affirmations that can help you heal and improve relationships and move you into innocent perception. Use the ones that speak to you the most, and state and feel into them for at least seven days for best effect.

Healing and Honoring Relationships Affirmations

1. My relationships of the past, present and future are now enfolded in love and harmonized for the good of all
2. I allow all those I perceived as my objectors to now become my supporters.
3. Everyone in my life is supportive of me and I of them.
4. I see God’s love in action in all my relationships and only opportunities for me to have a change of heart.

The energies moving into this realm in 2012 are very intense. They are higher vibrational energies (living light and love) that are forcing higher consciousness upon all sentient life in this world, because we must ascend to a higher vibratory reality. We are being called to move into our Higher Self nature, and to participate in healing what we’ve created and shaping a future anew that is of a higher order. Our present reality is no longer viable as the momentum is toward increasing separation.

Your Higher Self is the one projecting both your human self and your life into manifestation. We were meant to always dwell in our Higher Self mind and utilize this wondrous vibrational realm to experience different scenarios and expressions of our being…it was intended as a playground and laboratory for our evolving consciousness. Due to the original ‘Fall’ of man, our consciousness sank down into matter, away from our Higher Self, where we became enmeshed with the lower beings that maintained the death cycle in matter. And the Higher Self was forced to manifest according to our fallen consciousness, because we are part of it. It continues to seek openings to have us pay attention to higher guidance, but the voices of chaos have mostly drowned it out. It was hoped that this situation would self-correct in time…that through the painful experiences that we created in separation, we would learn to reunite with our origins and embody deeper levels of love. The spiritual realms have supported us in all possible ways to wake up to our true nature and ascend back to our divine origins. But there has been so much interference from parasitic lower beings that things did not turn out so well. And as the window of opportunity is now closing out of necessity because the parasites now threaten its hosts, we must all reach for higher consciousness if we want to ensure a viable future. There is tremendous support for all who make the effort to turn their consciousness to spirit, and the path will lead you on the happiest journey you’ve known.

The full RHS program will be conducted over three 4-week periods, and each part builds up momentum toward supporting you to becoming a free and powerful co-creator. The first part is foundational to the next two parts, which will give you a rich understanding of who we truly are and are capable of. There is audio support and meditations (see below) that will build up the competencies within you to reach the deeper states of being, along with a detailed manual of processes to work with for easy reference.

Over the course of the full program, you will learn the following, in a manner that builds up to ever greater freedom and power:

• how to become fully anchored in the deeper mind in everyday life

• connect to Primordial Mother and learn to awaken Her power so that She can heal this realm and all her Children
• learn to engage the Holy Spirit and the macrocosmic Christ as powers to Mother and Father God, to illuminate and transform anything in your reality
• AWAKEN to who you are, who we are, what creation is…
• and much much more….

No matter what happens around you in times ahead, you will be fully centered within, cleansed, and vibrationally ready to let go of the structures of the old reality and leap into the new spiritual creation. Several vibrational portals will open during the next half of 2012, and those who strive to meet the higher energies will become the anchor points and agents of change for others.

In the RHS you will learn to truly feel yourself in the loving embrace of Father and Mother God within, and will understand your place in creation as Child and creator. You will understand the evolutionary needs of our time and will move through the challenges ahead with eyes and heart wide-open, creative powers engaged, and able to tap into clearer guidance and much higher levels of light. Vibrationally, you will also be reprogrammed at the DNA level to evolve into the new Being, the second Adam and Child of God.

In the last 4-week period you will learn about Christ Consciousness in a whole new manner that will reveal the very practical competencies of each of the steps or Intelligences to master in order to completely free yourself from all bondage in this realm and move into the Higher Self. You will learn how nothing exists outside of you, and when you recognize and work with that in day to day experience, you become the one to shape your reality and the world around you. As love is the power of creation, your thoughts rooted in love will become an ordering power to counteract and dissolve even mass consciousness fear.

This may sound like a far off dream, but the challenges of this present day world are forcing each of us to accelerated mastery, forcing us to fill up all of the gaps of freedom within our being and then to learn to wield the powers of manifestation from our Higher Self mind. It is time to fully comprehend what it is to “be in this realm but not be of it”…to have the ‘Kingdom’ within and be sovereign and unaffected by external conditions. As you work toward this, mastery over the means of operation of this realm will be achieved and you will rank among those who are changing the future.

The RHS is different from others in many ways. For one, it is kept to a bare minimum of esoteric explanation and the focus is on practical methods that everyone can learn and relate to.

Secondly, there is an audio component that includes many powerful meditations developed by Gerald O’Donnell, creator the Remote Viewing/Remote Influencing Course. His work is masterful, and I am very pleased to be utilizing it in this program. The audios will powerfully build a foundation of understanding of who you are and lead you to experience yourself in the deepest regions of consciousness. Other vibrational tools include trigger affirmations and activations, which will also be delivered on audio for greater ease of use and integration.

And thirdly, there is a main manual of teachings along with very practical techniques and processes to implement in daily life for easy reference. If you are a therapist, these exercises are invaluable tools to do with clients. They are based in spiritual understanding of how we form a sense of self out of which we create our lives, how our various bodies develop and their important functions, etc. and go far beyond the level of the psyche. This program is about inner revolution and transformation into new being.

You will also receive a weekly email that outlines a suggested focus for the coming week and briefly reports on the activation work from the previous week. I will be doing daily activation work on the group, but will not be reporting on this in emails as in prior programs.

I hope to set up a blog for Q & A support during the program, where you can connect with others who are working with the materials. I will answer it daily and you can also connect with others who are doing the program. This program promises to be very practical and deeply transformative.

And finally, it is given in three parts so that there is time to deeply integrate the material before moving on to the higher levels of influencing and creating reality for yourself and others. A good way to understand the times is through the occult symbol of the intertwining spirals (zodiac sign for the Crab), which symbolizes the transition from one stage of development to another. Every impetus of creation follows a cycle, and as it dies away, new impetus must be brought if things are to be expressed at a higher level, otherwise the creational cycle ends. Between the first spiral and the second is the ‘pregnant pause’, where new impulse may be injected to move to a higher stage of development. We are at a time of many end-cycles, and human beings must also participate in moving things to a higher stage.

And the new impetus cannot come from the cosmos unless incarnated human souls are able to receive it within themselves. We are the most important anchor points in this realm, because we are the most ‘conscious’ of sentient life on this planet. The planet cannot do it without us, as it happens through humanity whose role it is to consciously spiritualize matter. The fate of the world will be determined by our efforts at this time.

Going back to my healing practice, it became clearly apparent to me in 2010 when things were feeling very intense, that we needed to move healing to a higher order in two ways. Firstly, we needed to move out of the ‘self-evolution’ of navel-gazing and self-perfection that is an endless process of clearing ‘issues’, and into selfless evolution, that is evolution toward the Higher Self.

The Higher Self is not some higher aspect of “I” consciousness—it exists outside of our “I” consciousness and expresses in the world around us. From our “I” consciousness (or ego-“I”), as we evolve toward the Higher Self, we become what I refer to as spherical consciousness, wherein the depth of the center point determines the circumference or size of the circle. As we deepen self-understanding through seeing life as reflecting the higher potentials open to us, both periphery and center become co-resonant. We then realize that we are a point of consciousness experiencing as well as the experience itself, and our experience within can be infinite. And so in turning inward we are really having life meet us in a new way, and vice versa, as we surrender to life in faith, love, and hope, and release self-interest or personal point of view and become the experience, we deepen the center. As center deepens, so too does the life that meets us become more full, and thus do we achieve a sense of fulfillment.

The reason for this is because in self-focus for the sake of perfecting and clearing issues, we are not yet in the true self but rather in the lower egotistical (to varying degrees) self. And that explains why the ‘issues’ are never-ending. When we adjust focus to the self as center consciousness experiencing itself all around, we are moving in the direction of the liberated self that is truly who we are. We realize that there is nothing to resist, to defend, or to prefer—as all is perfect experience and blessing to move us toward greater expansion in wisdom, love, and inner power. In liberated consciousness, we wield ever greater love in freedom, which is the most potent force of creation.

And secondly, I realized that we needed to move out of manifesting for personal fulfilment for this lifetime into manifesting for eternity…in support of continued viability of human evolution into the future. Most people don’t like this thought…but we create our future and are the custodians of this incarnational realm at this time. And as things are rather tenuous, we are being forced to mature quickly. Resisting will do no good; the only thing to do is to rise to the occasion and have it serve us well.

And we manifest for eternity also through selfless evolution. In the first instance, selfless evolution is toward the true liberated self that has no attachment to outer life because life is wholly an effect and experience of the expanding indwelling consciousness. Note that non-attachment does not mean non-involvement, but rather engagement from the true rather than a false self. In the second instance, selfless evolution moves us to recognize that our Higher Self is itself part of a larger perspective that encompasses the Higher Self of all of humanity, and this all-encompassing Higher Self is the circumference or sphere of the Christ that is the macrocosmic indwelling ego-“I” of the cosmos. And so in selfless evolution, we find the Christ and begin to activate this impulse within our own ego-“I”, embracing far larger evolutionary concerns such that we become anchor points for cosmic flows to support a reordering in this realm to higher love.

Venus is about love, and the highest vibration of love is becoming more accessible to us as the veils are thinning in our realm. All are called to allow the experience of the thinning of the veils and behold greater truth and divine Purpose in their lives. The process is accelerated in surrender, release of all assumptions from consensual reality about who you are and what life is, and embracing a path of selfless evolution for the good of all.
